The ZPA mode is an innovative technology in the modern logistics industry. Through detection from photo eye sensors and the intelligent control card, this mode accurately ensures the automatic transfer of loads, preventing collisions and damage during transfer.

⚙️ How It Works at the Conveyor Line

  • Zone Stopping: When there is a load in the downstream zone, packages automatically stop in the current zone.
  • Auto Transfer: When the downstream zone clears, it automatically starts running to transfer packages to the next zone.
  • Zero Collision: Ensures zero pressure accumulation, meaning packages will not collide or get damaged.
