Designed for Strict Environments
This bowl feeder is purpose-built for pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and medical device manufacturing. Notably, the bowl and vibrating unit are vacuum-fixed and can be attached or detached using a simple switch — no bolts required on the detachable part.

Moreover, the SUS 316L bowl features full-weld construction, which allows complete washdown with cleaning agents without leaving residue. Additionally, hydrogen peroxide vapor-compatible components are used for the drive unit, meeting the most demanding sterilization standards.
